AWS fix leaking showers and balconies without removing tiles through our unique service whereby we remove and replace all grout and silicon, instead of silicon in wall connecting joints we apply a 2 part epoxy. By using this EPOXY SYSTEM we can guarantee the area will not be damaged by cleaning and everyday wear & tear to the structural joints.

After the epoxy seals are applied we regrout the area with a waterproof grout to protect the grout joints from penetrating water. Epoxy is used in our shower seals, on balcony seals we use a polyurathene as we need more flexibility in outdoor areas, as the sun plays a major factor in movement.

After you book in an appointment an AWS estimator will attend and inspect the structure - we will assess and make sure the structure can be sealed. If the area is able to be serviced AWS will give you a 12 year warranty on our epoxy system. Should the structure not be able to be sealed due to any reason AWS will leave you with a free written estimate on what it will cost to rebuild the area in question.

AWS can seal almost any surface from the elements - water, traffic, wind, sun. All natural stones should be sealed prior to usage to protect the stone from quickly deteriorating. It is important to know which sealers to use for which stone as certain sealers may actually stain the stone. All sealers used by AWS are tried and tested prior to using on our job sites. Prior to application on the area, we will perform a test patch area to determine if the sealer will interact with the stone and whether it will penetrate without staining. AWS use surface based sealers and penetrating sealers.

Prior to some of the sealing applications we may require surface preparation to ensure the surface will allow proper adhesion of the sealer.
